Condition of Clothing Items

To be eligible for a refund, clothing items must be unworn and free from any makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other stains. We cannot provide a refund if the items do not meet these standards. In such cases, the items will be returned to you. We appreciate your understanding.

Clearance/Sale Items

Return Requirements

To initiate a return, the items must be received in their original/new condition, with the original tags attached, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. This allows us to process your return swiftly and accurately.

Timeframe for Returns
